The rules

If Player A and Player B have to fight eachother, and Player A tries to contact Player B, but Player B doesn't respond within 3 days, then Player B is disqualified, and Player A advances to the next round.

Tarkan, I looked at the 2nd round match-ups page, and I'm saying that I think Toon-Ryu should be disqualified. I tried contacting him a second time and he never responded to it. I didn't even get a PM reciept. So, I think I should be going on to the next round because he never responded.
