Ok newbie......I thought your topic's title was a question or an explanation as to why it's not online.Instead I find useless crap.Well this was a waste of forum space.....

SNK is going out of business, most of the workers for SNK is going to Capcom, SNK didn't plan things well... so therefore, SNK sucks(IMO, though Terry, Iori, and Kyo are good).

SNK is like a Mac computer, they have their small cults. SNK came out with a annual game and used the same exact engine each time. It was ok, but not all that great.

If it was so good it wouldn't be going broke would it?

I didnt fully say SNK sucks, there are a few good characters on it, and to the topic starter, SNK isn't a game, it's a game making company.

Capcom vs. SNK and its sequel were made by only CAPCOM. That's why it doesn't suck.

Dan is right there. When you play, and watch the intro, you'll notice that it has the Capcom logo appear, and the SNK words never come up, this game is a result of Capcom taking in the ex-SNK employees :)
