Help....with computer - this is driving me crazy

Ok yall got to help me out here.On some web sites i get a paper with shapes (triangle square and circle) and a white outline of where a picture is supposed to be. I just want to know what to do to make it be refreshed.

Ok i knwo thsi one, Maybe it's a sign of a error or something. maybe Or the website just need refresh like you said dunno knwo about anything else to thar suject but keep working on it maybe something will workout;)
