Who is the best Shatoken fighter?

I have read too much about 'Ryu or Akuma: who is better?' but it is time to ask the best question: out of the fighters that learned the Shatoken fighting style, who reigns supreme? Is it Ryu(not evil), Akuma(Gouki), Dan Hibiki, or Ken Masters?

you amaze me sometimes subzero565... those answers have NOTHING to do with the topic.. sure 2 of those fighters use the fighting style.. but did you even read the topic?
