The new forum faq - [ official discussion ]

As was said in the News and Updates section (http://nferno666.sytes.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard.pl?act=SF;f=10), I've spent somewhere over 5 hrs. strait making this thing tonight since the old forum guide was grousely out of date (not to mention looked a bit worse and some of the links didn't work).

If anyone has comments/questions/complaints about how the new faq/guide doesn't work in their browser, then here's the place to put 'em.
