How to reduce ur lag(very helpful) plz thank me

Ok if youhave modem:
1) go to options menu
2)turn slow connection on
3)click lag compensation high
OK if youhave cable/dsl: turn lag compensation low
Also note: turn all messengers and programs or internet browsers of while playing for maximum fun.on others menu click disable dashing. if youfollow my "simple" instructions I guarantee ur lag with go down by atleast 10.

Easily make your game screen smaller and the lag will be lower.

you don't have to turn it off just turn it down and if you use the d/l version don't ever use it in full screen (rumor has it that it sometimes freezes in that mode) also in the next newest version they should make slow connection a default button :cool:

Just to add.. Get the d/l version of the game, less lag, and much faster! :;):
way back when the d/l version came out people who could not host were not able to log into their accounts. Does anyone know if this issue has been solved?

i had the problem but it works for me now,
for less lag do these options,

music off
slow connection on, backround off, don't touch lag compensation, becuase it's defualt setting is the least laggy one.

i also recommend disable dashing, becuase dashing can really screw you up on a laggy computor


don't run any other programs besides sfo for the least lag, and always run the defualt window size.

slow connection mode only works for challenges, and only if they accept it by that mode.

U see what I mean? Max is sooooo coool and he's 15 and i'm 11..... Cha! Man, that's cool....... Shadouken v.s Death bite... Never ceasing, but the bite has a distinct disadvantage, you know, being a spread super against a beam spread super.........
