Ryu - Ryu

Has anyone seem to notice if you are Ryu and the person you are fighting is ryu, how come when you do the "special" move, the person hits a lot more than if you would do the "special" move? Does it have to do with your ranking? When I was playing as him, I did the special moved and it barely knocked his life down, but the opponet hit me almost 1/4. Why's that?

its ALL lag dude..

special move doesent deal with your rank ....rank deals how you fight and you win or lose.....and if you lose, your
rank goes down but if you win a lot your rank goes up.....

That's happen to me before. They hit me and my energy goes down very low, but when i hits them it don't go down that much

Man i know my rank is down everybody kicks the crap out of me
