Who will win, Evil Ryu(max power) or Shin Gouki(max power)

I pick Evil ryu, saince good triumphs over evil.

Shin Akuma

double air fireballs, he's faster, more powerfull, a faster shun goku satsu..... And Akuma is not evil. He does play devil's advocite for Ryu, but as he says in MvSF, "There is no good or evil, there is only AKUMA" And Akuma translates into "devil" (and gouki into "great demon"), yet he has the symbol for heaven on his back.

Anyway, i don't care what anyone says.. Shin Akuma would beat evil ryu.

I personally would like to see an evil Ken. hehe
