Blocked internet access - Calling all computer experts!

ok, now theres a 50/50 chance you may never gonna see me again in this community

most of the time, i spend my internet access and playing this game in our local municipal library BUT eversince some nutcase ppl started using these computers to surf porn sites, the head librarian got pissed and decided to block all internet access in the library

now these computers are all networked
i saw one of the systems technicians screwing one of the computers

i dont know if the [i:post_uid11]blocking[/i:post_uid11] occured from the main computer server or from each of the PCs

i want to know how you gonna unblock it
im guessing its somewhere in the tools+internet options but from there i dont know where to go...

whenever you try to open a certain site, a prompt message appears saying to [i:post_uid11]contact the network adminstrator[/i:post_uid11] or [i:post_uid11]page cannot be found, try again later[/i:post_uid11]

im history in this community unless you guys help me out
i have computer at home but its prepaid
believe me, a turtle moves faster than prepaid internet computers thats why i rent cable internets...

help me pls :(

well unless you ask the system administrater to unblock it, and just block all the porn sites. i don't think theres anything you can really do.

yea is there a way of making this website available in blocked internet? coz when im in my i.c.t class after ive finished my work i got nothin 2 do than surf da internet and i try coming here but its filtered!

Buy a comp(They're only about 500, 400 built). And Broad band internet is 30 a month, but if you want road runner, the fastest of the broad bands, it's about 40 a month, but road runner is specifically for business.

the fastest isnt road runner its some other company thats 50 times faster then normal internet. Anyway u dont really need internet any faster then 10 times. The best deal u can get is eclipse which only costs

all u gotta do is surf around it and use a proxy. a proxy is a private internet site that allows u to view webpages in there site.

megaproxy.com is a good one to use if that doesnt work which i dought it wont just search for one on google. megaproxy.com doesnt record cookies, temp int files or ne thing of that sort cause u load the page from them. i used to do this all the time in school when they blocked my hacked loggin name.

....and if all else fails just request it to be unblocked
