Fighters who lag - Discusion on Lags excessively

[color=crimson] Ok since people from TarkanX's thread "best Bug/Glitch" seems to be somewhat discussing this and taking it off topic, here is the thread to talk about players who lag too much.
The news is that (nWo)xp-Saib Lags more than Pakistania and is way more cheap than him....Ok but at least he has 17 losses as of this post...My curiosity is of (nWo)nOObSai he has 0 losses and is ranked(9) just belowed his fellow teammate(8).....has anyone fought this other dude????[/b]

Ok this player "I_AM_NAS" he beat me once, but then I beat his ass...He kept using hadoken and specials and said it was skill...not only that but he lagged on the first match....He think he's all bad ass and has skill which he doesn't....He should fight one of you veteran guys then
