I think people are starting to forget what VIP means, a while back VIP were respected....BUT now people disrespect VIPs including ####s. Not only that the loyal VIPs lost TMyApp's trust.......NOT knowing whats going on even though they were supposed to......well I have a lot of RESPECT for all the VIPs even though I'm not a VIP myself. JUST stating something i've been noticing lately. ???

i like this game and i like the person who made it....and thats why i payed money to the game. thats cool that you dont want perks and its cool and that you have respect for vips even though you arnt one...

i battled a person today and hes all like i hate fighting vips, he won and hes all like im not a vip but i move like one...but what he didnt notice all the perks i had on were lime green shoulder plates and boots on wolvie...

perks are fun at times, but its just better to play regurarly like everyone else. theres less bitching and less stupid questions....

so basically if you dont want your perks thats fine youll get less bitching the main point is to give back to the game you like.

so in conclusion... i like xmvssf/sfo...i respect TMy for making it possible...and im glad i put money up for xmvsf/sfo instead of wasting it on useless poop.

in anycase, i didn't donate to receive the gift, now it kinda got taken off of me because of some people who couldn't take what was given to them. (Losed TMyApp's trust) tho i must say i made name for myself, i received respect by respecting others. (ok some time it was too hard and i cracked) but seriously, Don't respect people and you will not be respected.

the big problem is... people think they BOUGHT their perks. while in reality, they donated without any guaranty that they would receive something in exchange for it. that is the problem and little kids think they bought their things... example those who actually lost their perks and stuff, they mainly have all bragged about how they bought the things and TMyApp hadn't any rights to give them the boot !

what i find even more worst are not the ones braggings about some VIPs who actually deserved the bragging, but its those who brag about ALL VIPS even tho they don't know even 1/15 of them all ! that makes me very mad at you people...

In all honesty, the main fact is, VIPs aren't really VIPs in this community anymore.

All the VIPs are seen nowa days are as normal members who have the ability to give up $5 to recieve Evil ryu, shin akuma and some green characters. Back in the days, when the VIPs were just NoSoul4Evr, Haohmaru and a handful of 'em, they had respect and they were looked to as ppl who wanted to help the game. :biggrin:

But nowadays, every Tom, Dick and harry can become a VIP, so a new member who just joined asks, how to become a VIP, he donates and wallah, he supposed to be ranked amongst the most respected members of this community. But not so my friends. Even the legit VIPs have been lost under the shadow of Pw sharing and perk hungry wombats. It's sad... really is. If you're not a mod then you're like everyone else.. and I think that should change. :biggrin:

TMyApp, for all he cares could decide to shut down this project.. but one of the main issues keeping him from doing that is the fact that there're some ppl who are willing to give thier time and spare a few change to help the dream he started. Even when times were tough.. when there was adversity.. they still remained... now that is what being a VIP is all about.. not the extra ordinary killing power of Shin Akuma's level 1 raging demon. :biggrin:

I would donated along time ago for community.
But since I got no credictcard/bank account I couldn't
donate for the community.
Even though VIRUS told me to send me the money through mail
but those mailman take the money =\...
So now the only way I to help the community without money is heping the community out by making banners and answering question and help nosoul update/advertise his site in the chat room :biggrin:

You have a team of members who u appreciate for their help in the community to make it better and save it from crashing.. Besides, it's not like it's the VIPs that are paying for all the expenses of running the game. You have no idea how many times TMyApp'll have to change servers, or what kinda server problems he's running into.. All these things have a lot to do with the game.. and the main fact is the VIPs are no way close to that extent in helping the game. :biggrin:

So the trust and priviledges he had given us for the little/almost negligible help that we had given him was to fragile for us to toy around the way we did.
So I doubt if TMyApp is gonna send emails to specific VIPs telling them what only the mods are supposed to know. He might have his eyes on you.. but the main fact is he's too busy to be picking out VIPs outta a bunch of wombat seeking muffin jerking glockheads. :biggrin: (No offense..)

Pity... and besides the VIP community keeps on growing each day.. and as someone wise said, it's very unethical to judge everyone especially new ones on perception that thier characters/personality wouldn't be good enough to be trusted! :biggrin:

Perhaps in the very first week of VIPs, they were a group of respected members. After that first week, any joe blow could donate his $5, and he's in.

I find it hillarious when ppl say "VIP" they automatically think "respect" or "an actual important person" The name VIP is just a title, nothing more. 3/4...well...actually more than that of our current VIP's are not respected, and aren't considered "important" by the community(they know who they are =/)

Just remember folks, VIP means: some who donated $5 or more
VIP does not mean: an actual very important person. Though of course we greatly appreciate their donation to help the community progress further, but facts are facts.

back when i donated, when there was less than 10 vips or so, there were no perks. All we got was the green characters and the vip name. I could care less about the perks, i wanted to help out this great community. The reason that i have not been able to donate any more is because my credit is messed up. Otherwise i would have made a few more donations. I just wanted to show my thanks to tmy for all of his hard work.

but yeah, some people are in it for the perks, and i think that is wrong. VIP should be a respected title, a title given out to people who care about the communtiy, not for people who are just in it for the perks...

It is nice that thay donated, but thay donated for the wrong purpose. I also think that the price needs to be raised higher, mabe to about 30 bucks. Pepole like nosoul4ever(when I researched he donated 100 dollors are more.) care about this community alot, I mean a whole lot.

I am not saying that others don't care, but most are in it for the char. I hate it when pepole go around saying "I dontaed 5 bucks I deserve a lot more respect." Why do I hate it? Most of them wouldn't give a rats ass if the game needed money and thay would not get perks for it.

umm the ammount of the donation is up to you...so there is no ned to raise a price for something that is yur own choice if we did that then ppl would think we are doing it for the money

There are some members on this fourm who I think very much need to be V.I.P's. Thay have stayed around here helped the fourm and the game heck some even make websites! Those are the ones who need to be respected if thay are v.i.p's are not!

I hate it, there are way to many pepole wanting to be sonser and pepole saying thay will then turning around and getting pissed. Then thay come to this fourm and get all mad make topics and say "Someone said thay would sponcer me, but thay didn't. I think I need to be a v.i.p since someone lied to me." Then we find out that the kid started playing the game 2 days ago.

I think the only other way to be a v.i.p without paying is to earn it! as I said, "make a fan site." Doing something for the community. ect. ect.

For those who say thay are not im immatuer, you think that but take a good ong look at your post once in awile. There are times for jokes and times to get down and be real...

Here is another reson why I don't think sponsering is right.

Ryu1 gets in a fight with a gut named Ken1. Ryu1 runs a clan and is looking for members, he has alot of mony and wants all his members to be able to use v.i.p perks. To give his clan a advantage, so after the fight he finds out ken 1 is a very skilled member. Ryu 1 says to Ken 1 "Yo, you are good want to join my clan?" Ken1 one says "Nope I wont join #### clans." Ryu 1 says to Ken 1 "If you do join I will sponser you!" Ken 1 says back to Ryu 1 "Shoot, if you do I will join for sure."

Now 1 of these 2 possible thigs can happen.

1.)Ryu1 gets every one in his clan but then decides that he will not sponser them. Thay run to this fourm to tell on him and some way still get sponsered because someone lied to them. When thay find out thy wont become a v.i.p thay flame.

2.)Ryu1 keeps to his deal, but here is what is wrong with that.

1.)He is sonsering for the wrong thing.

2.)He is paying for all of them, thay are not donateing why should thay get the perks? Thay are not heping the community in any way.

So you see what I mean..

O ya didn't see the blue in there, any way yes there are many members on this fourm who I think have served there time and should be a v.i.p.

Take elena for a example, she has been here for what, as long as I have. The differn'ts between us is that she stayed active and posted, I on the other hand did not... So since almost the start of the game she has been here, to me that is how pepole get respect. She has in my eyes earned the right to be a v.i.p.

Chicken Wing even you do, you may not have been here that long but still. You are makeing pepole banners, helping ####s also helping out a fan web site that takes alot of time.

Though both of these pepole are not v.i.ps......

there are many pepole like this who earned the right to v.i.p but are not, due to not donateing..... To me these pepole are the v.i.ps of this fourm.

Yes, very few as you can see that deserved to be sponsered and did. The thing is that pepole come in here with money and start sponcering epole who thay hardly know. Then thay run around the fourm bragging and saying that thay are better then other members. I think there are very few v.i.p's who deserve it. Then thay did donate, but thay don't get my respect why you may ask? That is not that much to do donate 5 bucks and thats it. A web site are something like that needs to start being given some attintion. The pepole who take all that time to do stuff like that should be the v.i.p's

Five bucks is not alot of cash, I mean working at minimum wage you can make that much in 60 mind.! I think that the one way to solve this problume is to let pepole donate, but not get v.i.p perks...

Thugh then few would donate, that shows how much the v.i.p perks are involved. There needs to be a higher rank then them, something were you can't just donate, but do something for the community. As I said there are about 30 or more pepole who I think need to be v.i.ps thay have earned it. They are held back by one thing?? Donateing, it is just like every thing else in this community. There are pepole who deserve it and pepole who don't.

For a example, I think that some of the nwo mods who got picked do not deserve it much. I am not saying any names, but some don't even post! One thing this community needs to start focasing on is getting this v.i.p thing straightened out. As you can see from the post of this one topic there are many who agree with me that it needs to be fixed!!!!!

I know what thay all have done for this community, take "Virus" for example. He bearly post or evean plays the game you know why he is a mod? He is haveing the "Globle Server" come from his home. That cost time and money alot of it also, that is helping out the community play the game with more servers and letting us have more fun. So as you can see knowlage is wisdom, and wisdom is knowlage.

As for the S.V.I.P it all comes down to money and it always will. More pepole sponcer the more thay donate, if no one got the perks I bet only 3% of this community would donate. Why you may ask?? Thay are reciving nothing that they do not already have. I mean look at the game I have seen v.i.ps that have never sighned up for this fourm, at all. Why do thay donate? so thay can have the perks it is plain and simple.
