View Full Version : Change wolverine "weapon x" special move! - Is it too hard to make or not?

i believe that wolverines special move "weapon x" it's too complicated and very much alike with "Berserker barrage x" and when u are fighting u dont have time to make it...so i think it should be changed in something like :down front hard punch medium kick or down front lk mk hk...

HOW DARE YOU INSULT THE LEGENDARY MOVE WEAPON X!!
and how could is wolverine's berserker barrage x difficult to do? it's perfect for corner trapping. weapon x is one of the most powerful moves in the game. unblockable and unstoppable. i've been waiting for this move ever since i've played this game. it's the ultimate finishing move. the double slash is a mark of recognition.

Weapon X is blockable, but it has insane priority which makes it one of the best supers in the game.
:D he probally doesn;t know how to do it ...

You cant change a move as classic as the berserker barrage x. DJ i think you need to practice more with it...very easy move. hope you get it. good luck!!!

i know i have an old keyboard, but...
tell me if i'm wrong in doing this move...
F,D,F+LP+MP+HP
but if i do this i get berserker barrage x
not the Weapon X, and in the original
WEAPON X was done by doing this...
D,DB,B+LP+MP+HP
not the other way around !
i'm with the guy, change it to the original move TMYAPP !

huh? i didn't understand what you meant by that. isn't weapon x suppose to be:
F, D, F, All three punches?

Tell me if I'm right. This is the Weapon X Chronicals right? The articals said something about tests on mutant subject and only one's genes were strong enough to contain it, hint WOLVERIEN!!!! This Chronicals is a story line of mutants being captured and tested on, and Wolverien has not been finished with yet, the Weapon X Chronicals has not ended yet, therefore Weapon X has not been activated in Wolverien yet.
Catch my drift, we're probably going have to go through a series of tasks like August 7th before we can personaly find out the secret. Am I right TMyapp? If I can pick this up as a noob you all should get it. :sly:

Fireye: No.. WeaponX hasn't been implemented yet (if that'w what you were reffering to).
But it's good to see you're trying to tie in clues from different "letters" and DWX "reports" seeing as no one else is smart enough to do that...

Thats why i was confused b/c there are so many ppl that mix the weaponx with the berserker barage x. to do the berserker x its d,f,d,all the punch buttons...a very easy move. When i do this move i only hit d,f,and all the punches and it works. :biggrin:

the problem is people know the buttons to do weaponx but since we dont have it it does berserk barragex instead. And they think the weaponx is berserk barragex but its not cause weaponx will not even be ready for a while. And fireye good job pointing out the obvious.Everyone should have caught up to that way in the beginning. I've been trying to tell people but they just don't listen.

i didnt say change berserker barrage x ..i said change "weapon x" cause when u try to do it u are too concentrated and u get berserker barrage x

i didnt know it cant be used yet ...cause i read at fan section about wolverine and i saw that move and believe me i tried to make it but all i could do was berserker barrage x..so i became nervous and i asked u guys ..but now everything is clear...one more question when will the move be available?

well they are simply making more suspense and like we did in practice where we had to fight to get the codes. There will be more stuff like that. When they keep making the chronicles we will keep doing them until there are no more left and we finally get weaponx. When that will happen....in a matter of time

i think you got a point at the end of the chronicles of weaponX wolevrine will bust out with weaponX move and maybe just maybe sabortooth will be a helper or fighter they did have his face on the menu before spiderman was on it
what exactly happens when you do the weapon x cos when i was fighting someone b4 i did a move when wolverine dashed towards the enemy and slashe his chest in the shape of an x
ps. after you get the codes for the two secret helpers is there anything else u can unlock

did he do a lot of slashes before the 'x' slash? if he did then yup, thats weaponx for you... :wow: ...i just like it because it looks cool as a finishing move by the way sabertooth has it too...
no he just dashed towards the enemy and slashed him in the chest

When Wolverine does Weapon X, he dashes to you, does a 10 hit juggle, then ends with an X slash.
