Finnaly after 2 years of tossing my money down the pervervial toilet at the arcade playing SFA3 I bought it. So far the best Char's are
Ken
Karin
I wish we could get Karin (in XMvsSF) belive it or not she's deadly if you know how to use her. her only problem is no projectiles. Which is basicly how yyou can beat the living who hah out of her with Sakura unless you stay in her face. Anywho for the vote put your favorite and for the male female poast it.

The person I use best is Charlie since my syle is charging, you don't need projectiles to dominate, SSF2T Balrog had no projectiles and he was 3rd best in the whole game.

Balrog? No way the best were Cammy,Charlie,and a tie betweeen Ryu and Chun-Li for last. And update now I can't deside between Sakura and Karin they move so fast and can jump almost as high as Guy. Damn i can't figure it out.

Balrog? No way the best were Cammy,Charlie,and a tie betweeen Ryu and Chun-Li for last. And update now I can't deside between Sakura and Karin they move so fast and can jump almost as high as Guy. Damn i can't figure it out.
Yeah Balrog is one of the best in Super street fighter 2 turbo.

balrog is a good one (if you are stupid and stand in his way) i have ssf2t and allyou have to do to beat him is crouch and when he comes charging at you kick him when he gets up kick up kick up kick etc.

and since their is no AKUMA RYU ALL THE WAY!!!!! :baaa:

What how dare you Super Ryu Kens special foot combo is Deadily :angryfire: Way better than Ryu's hurricane kick...
To be serious M.bison has the strongest super in that game...because you can Alpha counter it you can attack him in the middle, you can even block it...but you can't dodge it's not possiable.(M.bison in Xism) :lol:
