It's when you call out both players at once and perform a super. Down, forward, tag.

a variable is when u press down back and p3+k3
and ur partner comes out and u have 10 secs of unlimited supers so for 10 seconds u can both do supers how many times u can
and you'll get off 2 maybe 3 max.

Too late, asshoIe  (welcome back, btw)
Hey idiot, in the ORIGINAL X-Men vs. Street Fighter, a variable attack is the term that was used to describe when you call out both players at the same time. That down, back, tag thing was something that was added just for this version of the game. It's a cool feature and all, but it wasn't in the original. But you probably wouldn't know that, would you? Dumbass n00b.
