Blocking problems - Come in

I have had a problem since i started playin xmvssf, i have never been able to block in 1on1's until just now :) , it was a pretty simple thing, if this happens to u ( the game freezes or u cant move when ur opponent does a super, then try changing ur port to say 60 or maybe 10. This has worked for me
