how do you become a vip? I want evil ryu and akuma but i dont know how to be a vip. Please answer asap.

well now that you've sed that. you cant become one (well i think you shouldn't anyway)

perks arn't to buy. they are earned. by donating some money to tmy to help paying for hosting for the game
