I didn't take a screenshot but right next to start on the menu, there was another tab called "power within"

it happens when u beat some ammount of people or something..just click on story mode, it should go away

It was an old tune you could listen to before. Its just a bug, it'll go away if when you have a fight with someone, click on story mode or any of the other buttons.

It not a real big deal about power within. It just a bug this can happened few.
