View Full Version : Cyclops optic blast taunt... - Was it designed to actualy hit ?

i was in practice mode, doing my best against 3rd round sentinels...
then kaboom, i sended it flying then i taunted to deactivate
them, but when taunting (where he launch an optic blast up)
i actually hitted the sentinel with the beam ! is it a bug or a
glitch or maybe that's the secret move tmyapp was talking
about !

think i remember tmyapp said there was a move to cyclops
that wasn't listed, i'm pretty sure it isn't that one cause it
would be too pathethic !

some taunt does that, like sakura, jin, and some others..

if you want to be ultimately cheap, you can do Cyclops Dragon Punch thing (i dunno what its called, i never use him) where it fire a beam up in the air at the end, and then use the down + taunt (to fire the beam up) and you can keep your opponent totally stuck in the air, and blast the crap outta them.

Extremely cheap, very simple, but useful against people who play just as cheap with characters like Sentinel and fire the dumb rockets that take 3/4 your energy off in the air!

like i said, i don't use cyclops unless i have to (against some cheap ass player)

Sentinel's rockets are not cheap, as while he is calling them in, you can throw a projectile to make them go up, or jump or duck under them altogether. Sentinel, I think, is one of the best characters there...

no that is just a taunt that hurts ppl but is there really a secret move
