Clearing up some glaring misconceptions.... - I am not da vipa, nor am i a mod...read

I have had MANY people send me messages saying "Hi, Vipa, make me a VIP" and "hey,arent you the guy in charge of this game?" and "make me a Mod, Vipa"...well, its gotten old.

Here are the facts: I am NOT a mod, nor am I a sysop, or an Admin; I do not have any website related to this game, and do not do ANY programming for this game. I CANNOT make people mods, and I WILL NOT make people a VIP just because they ask me politely. What I can do is take care of the paypal donation if you send me the money through mail.

As for calling me Vipa, Da_Vipa is someone TOTALLY different. We are both VIPs, and we're both vets, but that doesnt mean we're the same person.

In terms of sponsoring people: Like I said, I will not sponsor you just because you asked; in fact, asking me is hurting your chances of getting sponsored by me. I sponsor people when I notice them and am impressed by what I see. None of the people I have sponsored asked to become a VIP, and didnt even know I was planning on sponsoring them until I had made the decision.

While I am flattered that people think I made this game, that is totally incorrect. When people call me Vipa, that just makes me mad--have I been here for a year and a half just to be mistaken for someone else? When they ask me to make them a Mod, that just confuses me--where did they get the idea I could grant mod status?

Come on, people, get your facts straight.

Oh, and no matter how hard you plead, no matter how nicely you ask, I'm not gonna tell you VIP secrets. Many have asked, but been frustrated--I can be quite a tease. Ask at your own risk. :biggrin:

Im with Viper2040 on all these issues except a few.

I make a website...and no one confuses me for Da-Vipa. :D

As for the "make me a V.I.P." thing.
Just aint gonna happen...not by me at least.
Especialy if you ask...If you ask..the answer is "NO!" and will be from that point forward.

If you arent willing to bring capital to the game...then you dont need to be a V.I.P....nuff said.

kks--people DO seem to have problems with the difference between beina a mod and beina a vip....but in my case, some of the problems were caused by the similarity of my name to some of the more prominent gamers, and also because i run the VIP by mail thing--that seemed to convince people i ran the game. Maybe i shouldnt have told them otherwise.... :biggrin:

and i am not viper-nightgerm...there were confusions with him too, but i dont know where he went. Not a bad fighter, nightgerm...
