That it the stupidest question anyone has ever asked me, Goku would kill ryu with a single puch. Goku would bang ryu up befor ryu has even seen the guy. Goku could kick everyone ass at once who is in this game.

well i have my own idea.
suppose he meant goku when he is not a supersaiyen
against ryu. but if ryu were to i don't know.. turn into evil ryu. goku would have to turn supersaiyen just to keep up.
in my opinion goku and ryu would be evenly matched(since it would be easy for ryu to learn how to fly since he has good in his heart except for his ahem "case" of "skiztofrenia")

No no no! Wrong! Akuma's Japanese name isn't Goku! It is Gouki! I have a Japanese game that says this for his name, so don't even tell me that I am wrong!

And Selvin, I did beat Shin Gouki with Dan Hibiki in Capcom vs. SNK 2. It said "Shin Gouki" underneath his health bar. For the normal Akuma, it says "Gouki" underneath the health bar. Also, I am pretty sure that only Akuma/Evil Ryu knows the Shun Goku Satsu (Instant #### Murder or Raging Demon). So... so there!

Ryu would beat Goku...
..Because:
Shinkuu Hadouken vs. Kamehameha!
Shoryuken vs. Dragon Punch (By Goku, not Ryu)
And then,
Shinku Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku vs. ???

So, I think Ryu would win, but then again... Goku can fly and is fast!
