A petition for nosoul4evr to become a mod - Please, only post *signs* or yes

During the past year and a half of his membership here at the official XMvsSF forum, NoSoul4Evr has always striven to make this community a better place. He has given ceaselessly ofer the past year and a half without any wish of reward, and I have never seen him lose his cool. I hope that all VIPs, including myself, can strive to become more like him.

Most notably among his achievements are:
*his fansite, which one of the best out there

*the fact that he donated a large sum of money to the game before the idea of VIP membership was around

*he has created an awesome external game chat

*he has offered to make avatars for any VIP that asks, without asking for any compensation



Thus, I think that NoSoul4Evr would make a great Moderator. He is online often, yet the game seems to be low priority for him; the community seems much more important.

So, if you agree with me, and would like to see NoSoul4Evr become a Moderator, please sign this petition.

i think you should learn a few things before making a topic like that !

1 - NO ONE ASK to be a mod or to make someone else a mod !
that's actually a rule that tmyapp has made himself

2 - even tho he made all those, that simply means he will be on the next mod list because he helped a lot. that doesn't mean he'll be chosen !

3 - there are already 6 mods, why would you want one more ?
answer... the other mods don't do a #### in here !
real life check... all mods have been like that even those who were mods before them. all mods finish like that because they have other projects to take care of. so why asking another one that will simply do like the others ?

its just my humble opinion, if there was a poll, he would be one of the CHOICE i would vote for ! but let's be realistic here, tmyapp never asked our opinion to choose the next MOD so why would he care for that topic ? and beside, having already 6 mod that actually, are doing a really great job at it !

are you considering bein a mod, some kind of reward ? because its really not my friends. its more like a big part-time job that you must concentrate on doing the thing, knowing you'll get flamed for every one of the desision you'll make ! sorry to bring you back to reality, but being a mod is very dificult it is so hard that it is considered as a job not a reward !

believe me, being a mod in an IRC channel or in this forum is the same, believe you wouldn't want that job nor the power that goes with it ! at least, i don't want it and if someone else want it, then go ask for yourself, but don't expect to become one even if you bringed em the moon !

the best thing to do, is wait for em to make a new one, and when you'll see the name, congratulate him ! thats the best thing you can do !

don't take me wrong, he deserves it more then any one else ! but i doubt that this topic... (who actually happenned a lot more then once) never accomplished anything !

people, either sign or dont post. Make another topic, but these non signing posts are ruining the vote count. Please delete your posts, people, if youre gonna say, "I like nosoul, but i dont think there should be more mods"...karma, Your points are taken, but the one post was all that was needed.

I am completely open to comments, and I do not even feel that this petition will do anything; its whole point is to let NoSoul know that people do indeed cherish his activity here, and if possible to let him make the decision of whether or not to be a mod. Some people think he deserves it, but that being a mod would make him hated here, and/or reduce his activity in the forum, on hiws fansite, and in general. Well, its still his choice; if he shouldnt be a mod, than noone else should, cause he's one of the most active, responsible, and well liked members of this forum.
