other loose no health

why is that most of the times, when i do super, other player loose very little or none either blocking or gettting hit.
But it never happnes to me. when i get hit with super or even if I block, i loose a lot of health.
Is there way to do more damage? like in arcade, i can do more damage when I press the buttons like mad man while doing super move. samething applys here?

yeah man, that happened to me. It got me so pissed off that one day that i knocked on my keyboard and for some reason you have to press all of the punch or kick buttons while doing the super or else it is useless
