helpers - need to kno about helpers

If anyone out there that knos enough. CAN U PLZ help to learn how to use helpers, so i can pull some of these combos.

The easiest way to use your helper for combos is to pull hime/her out right befor a special. Like if your using Ryu and your about to perform a super fireball you can call him/her out right before you do your super. It gets a marvoules.
