*cough* he wasnt talking about the hurricane kick.. it wasnt a glitch.. its one of Ryus move to go around the opponent i think....

hes saying that when you do chun-li's spinning bird kick(forward, down, forward, any kick) some times you hit the person once and then he just escapes, hence- you go right through him. It's happened to me

Anyway Maurer, the problem should be fixed, and if it happenes again, then I guess thats the way it is..
