this a tournament is called Da_CHEAP wer ur alowed to be as cheap as much as u want please post here if u want to join leave ur xmen vs street fighter identity and ur email address here are the rules:
1on1 tag
helpers on
timer off
server off
level 1
i am hopin to observe all the matches wen u have found the person that u wana fight please PM me if i dont reply in 10 mins please start the match without me.

prize: u bloody get to be as cheap as u want

the tournament will start after we have 8 or 16 this should be decided later

this ur chance to be as cheap as much as u want

please post here also if u have any problem or PM me
