here are the rules again:
1) You can only use the character you have signed up for. Either RYU, or AKUMA
2) Only 16 people can sign up for each character.
3) If you sign up for akuma, and you are fighting another akuma, you can use raging demons. But, if you have made your way to the top, and are fighting against the best RYU user,
you cannot use RD. if you use RD against the best ryu user, the ryu user must take a screen shot and you will be disqualified, and the best ryu user will win by defult.
4) Evil Ryu is not aloud, unless both ryu participants are using Evil Ryu. If only one of you is using evil ryu, the other ryu user must take a screen shot, and the other one will be
disqualified.
5) Shin-Akuma is not aloud, unless both akuma participants are using him. If only one is using him, the other akuma participant must take a screen shot and the one who uses
shin-akuma will be disqualified.
6) All games must be 1 on 1, and hosted. No helpers, timer on. Also, the games must be on Turbo, to avoid extra lag. If the game is on normal, restart the game in THE BEGINNING.
Once it has gone one round, and you have not restarted it yet, it is considered a fair game, since both of you did not try to restart the game.
7) For some dumb people, let me repeat my self. ONLY RYU AND AKUMA. If you sign up for akuma, you cannot use ryu. If you sign up for ryu, you cannot use akuma. If you break this
rule, you will be given one chance, during the game. But if you come to me saying
