Timer Off
No Cyclopes(No Exceptions)
No Spidey(Maybe A Few Exceptions)
Helpers On(For All You Cheapos, Who Beat Me)

I Will Give You An Opponent, And You Have 24 Hrs To Beat Him, If You Couldnt Fight Him, Feel Free To Email Me So I Can DQ Him From Tourny, If Both Of You Dont Fight, You Are Both DQ'd, And I Take Your Place(Hehe).

The Tounry Will Start 7-14-03, All Sign Ups Must Be Done Before The 13th, Plz Leave Your Name And Email.
