this is how it goes...

10 matches MUST FIGHT ALL 10
1 on 1
NO VIP
NO RD's
3 matches must be wtih helpers but no timers (NO GUILE/CODY/TLF)
3 matches bust be with timers but no helpers
4 matches must be no timers no helpers
level 0

The Gamble

if you wish..you may gamble your battle ground points with some one, and I WILL make sure if you lose you will give your points to the person(s). If you loose that means the person who you thought was going to win looses.

u proved that u do the RD every 10 seconds in a match, 98% of the pple here know that its true. whoever the 2% is to u, ignorance and arrognace is not a pretty combination

all the times we fought, u always did the RD on me. if ur so good as u say u r, then why do u need to constantly do a very powerful supermove every 10 seconds? u know as well as i do that as long as u keep rasin up ur bar fast enough and quickly doin an RD before i can counter it with drill claw x, u can get a near perfect on me. without the RD, u know that i would win quickly cause of my aggressiveness.

Rest doesn't mind the challenge amongst a rival such as SolidSnake.... it's the fact that now it's a matter of "proving" himself to all of you. Abdoun, why are you encouraging this? For publicity in your topic? You're spinning your own "RIVAL" topic into a "Restavega: Prove your talent" demonstration.

The way i see it, jealousy and hate is what drives all of you to provoke Rest and call him an RD n00b and Rest wouldn't stoop so low as to participate!

Everyone else in this RIVAL topic has a regular challenge... but with Restavega, the rules are he can't use RD... meanwhile every other fighter in every other fight can use his character's full potential. You guys didn't even give Solid Snake a handicap and just singled out Rest.

But like you just said, it's still flame and Abdoun bestowed it upon the topic when he said he was against flame... that's the point I just made out, Al.

Resta was only given a handicap because snake wants to see how well he can fair against him without using RD. The other fight has fighters who don't mind fighting each other with their character's full potential. I'm sure snake would have accepted a similar handicap if restavega wanted one.

And about the flame thing, your probably right but I doubt abdoun meant any harm with that quote.

Restavega will not be the race horse for some bet, Restavega will not fight to prove his worth, and Restavega will not participate in a fight with one hand tied behind his back so his opponent may stand a chance.

Rest declined the challenge and that's that. Don't try to bribe and provoke him because Restavega is beyond such things.

And as for you challenging us...
we've fought you 2on2, plenty of times and beat you so its aight! :D

I say never let anyone use RD in my challenges, in my AKUMA week, i had NO RD's..in my opinion i think RD's ruin the game, takes the fun out because it is a quick kill. I did not flame..that is a quote that i got from battle grounds, in my other thread.

Why isnt resta. responding...? dont say hes too "worthy" for us and doesnt want to drop down to our level, cus if you are going to say that, i guess hes making you stoop down to our level :D

I don't like any other character and If I use Akuma without the option of pulling off an RD I'm better off picking another character entirely. The source of Akuma is the RD - without it, I'm not playing as Akuma but someone else under a handicap.

You telling me to use Akuma without RD's makes him just like Evil Ryu without his spin kick special and horizontal hadouken special. Think about it... Akuma without the Raging Demon makes me as a fighter more predictable and it also makes me not the "Rest" you've all come ot know. You want to fight Restavega, don't you? Or do you want to fight someone who has their hands tied behind their back? And what if you do beat me without me at my full potential...? Are you going to be proud? I've been beaten at my full potential straight up and if you can't that just means you're not up to par, understand?

You either fight me (as me) or don't bother.

I may or may not use the RD but I'll feel better not being that much more unpredictable having that move at the ready. You got it, Nixz? Besides, at this point you have all the hosts (and the settings can be as you like so you may use your Venom TLF). So, that's is the deal. Take it or leave it.

Apparently, you misunderstood me with that Spinning Kick and Horizontal Hadouken special part... read what I wrote again.

And about my skill level, if I don't have my RD my whole style as a fighter is changed and my skill level is automatically brought down - that's the point I'm trying to make. Whether my skills are great or not they will be brought down, regardless. I may still be great without it but I will be brought down.

Why does everyone want to fight me without the RD? Don't they realize they won't be fighting me? Besides, I've lost at my full potential plenty of times so I don't see why some of my opponents who claim they're good need this handicap. I never make demands of them... anyway...

If you want to fight me as Shin Akuma or Akuma I don't care at this point. If you want special demands during the fight then take a hike. This is not pee-wee SFO and I'm not going to fight you Nixz on a handicap like you're some n00b who needs special requirements to have a shot at winning. I did it against SolidSnake76 and that's it.

The RD is not an exploit or a hack. It's a move in the game implemented by TMyApp. If you're going to pick Shin Akuma and not use the RD you might as well pick Evil Ryu because that's the RD is the move that sets the two apart. Evil Ryu is like Shin Akuma without the RD and extra moves so what's the point... I might as well pick Evil Ryu in that case...

Everytime you guys put down the RD in reality you're putting down TMyApp and his talent to make a balanced game. Shame, shame, shame...

And if all I did was RD you guys wouldn't have such a hard time beating me... think about it...

Restavega is a challenge cuz he did all the time RD. Its his force and rd make him good and i can play at 100%.
Its Restavega, without RD its not a challenge, cuz you will fight Restavega but not really him .......

Well when he says he cant fight at his peak without rd, he has the right to say that wheather yous guys like it or not... Im one of they people who beat rest at his full potential it wasnt by a long shot but I beat em... you guys act as if its hopeless to defened yourself against a rd... all you have to do is save helpers or use a projectile at close range... Trust me I kno ask around...
