As the days go by i'm seeing less and less true fighters, but there are more and more n00bs that offer no challenge. There is an ocassional challenge once in a while but not enough to increase skillz. Even a so called veteran has his mind set on staying in first and now acts no better than a n00b, which forced me to lose any respect I had for him...

I hope a day will return when every fight will have me saying "#### that was a good fight, I want more". Until that day comes, I wait, fighting the few true fighters left while begging for more...

I understand your pain, but as days go by, veterans feel that they are starting to not like things that its getting boring, n00bs will come. n00bs come every day. I don't understand why that is, but it's how the cycle works.


And I have lost the feeling like you said. "#### that was a good fight, I want more". Even the people I challenge say that back in the day, they didnt care about rank, but only to fight the best and be the best.


Now poeple win with lag and without raw skills and they dont even realize this, and is this comes upon them, they're ego gets larger and larger. And the fact that like Lefty said in September, "who can beat up the most newbies" makes playing seem boring. No one will fight you unless you have a good rank, and when the person is first, they'll fight n00bs all the way.



There is no stopping this, I still don't respect what happens now, but I have to deal with it.... hopefully the vets will come back, and instead of someone saying fuck you after a battle or leaving, they could say "#### that was a good fight, I want more".

I havn't been on the battlefield in a while, is it really like this now? I don't care about rank for many reasons:

I was never high in rank, but people knew me and how I play.

Right now I'm too low to get up there in rank, and I'll play people I want to play for fun, not mass play for points.

If I could get passed the character select screen I would have fun again!

pro...everything i'm on u never challenge me or say anything about wanted a fight and when u do i'm already being challenged by some1 else.....so if ur looking for a good fight then just tell me when. And the only reason why i'm ahead by alot in pts in because i don't want the loser of mcbeth claiming 1st....i've kept him away from it for over a month now and i'm not letting him get close to it and soon i hope some1 kicks him od 2nd for good....tidus2k2 did it but it only lasted for like 4 hours or so...so lets see if some1 can make it happen :)

I'm sorry, DXZero, but the last several times I have been in the chat rooms, it has been for... ah, security reasons regarding certain aspects of my online life (or lack thereof, however you look at it), so I turned it on so I would not be challenged whilst I sorted out the problems. 'Tis hard to find time to play... say, have I fought you before, DXZero? I can't remember...

DND is needed sometimes. I go in there looking for someone or to talk to someone or whatever, I can't have a million people challange me every few seconds, and I like be first player =P

Security reasons? Could those reasons be your parents being home too much? Don't worry, dude. I've got the same problem. If my parents were out more often, I'd be playing both XMVsSF AND EQ. We're just going to have to deal with it.

As far as the thread topic subject goes, one of the reasons I stopped playing XMVsSF and started playing EQ was indeed because there were no more challenges in the chats. For about three weeks straight, the only two people with skill I saw in the chat were Pakistani and KidKrazyShit. But that was it.

Pro, I dont even know why you made this topic? I know newbies coem and go... but if someone good comes you dont even fight them...

And TarkanX, I don't care about rank anymore... thats why Is topped playing, but it is still my goal to become 1st just once... and if my partner comes back (for good) ill be facing everyone in 4 Player Mode!

I remember Fighting you and defeating you. You even said I was good....I have stoped playing for the past two weeks, so maybe that's why you said Pakistani and KidKrazyShit were the only challenges.
The times I have fought Pakistani, he did not low punch through the whole game. He is a decent skilled Fighter, so he does have skill....Maybe he was just desparate to win and low punched you, Nferno666

And one more questoin, when you play a ryu user, adn the use low punch , lags takes place, and even if you oposite of them, you still take damage, why is that? And this don't happen once, whenver someone decides to go low, there is a massive amount of lag. Wierd....

don't hate all newbies. i'm still considered a "n00b" for some reason. I haven't fought any of ya'll except ####### who did kick my ass. i look forward to fighting a few of yall in the next couple of weeks.im pretty sure that by that point i wont be a disapointment or time wasted in a pitiful fight.

i haven't seen one true fighter in my live..... true fighters are those who don't care what rank they are .. true fighters are those who fight 4 the joy of it ..... not for any rank..... true fighters are those who will fight anyone.....true fighters are not those who run they lose or just challenge 4 ranks... true fighters are those who fight for the will of it and the dignity....... when i see someone like that ...... well then i will call that man or woman a true fighter.............

he always plays as "Player" cuz he said he doesn't play for the rank
he plays for the fun of it...so since i heard that i fought him :)
i play for the joy of it

cuz before when our game froze and u won the round i told you that ill leave for you can get that win
i could have stayed forever till you left

Hey!

I admit that I did and sometimes do care about rank a lot...

But lately, Ive been going around as player fighting people... I could go as my real name but, I dont anymore, because I really dont care much about being 1st or 2nd... BUT, I am trying to do what Nferno started, I am trying to keep Mcbeth outta Top3, so that's why I HAVE to care about rank!

But, I know that im not a true fighter either, becasue I care/cared about rank, but I will give you a good fight!

the true fighters shall return someday.hopefully they will come back and harass mcbeth for fighting noobs all day long.and until that day comes i won't rest peacefully at night!when the scores reset i swear i'll do everthing in my power to keep mcbeth out of the top five!and as god as my witness i'll do this until the true players return.because people like mcbeth hold the truly good players out of the spotlight.and another person that is like mcbeth is lord-oberon.if they stop fighting noobs then i'll get off their cases.but until they do i'll keep on bothering them to no end.oberon man #### it lose that stuck attitude or don't talk at all!
