i am quite new to this... but i have played a fairfew games..
and not one of them hasnt been laggy as hell.. i am running cable so i really dont know what the problem is.. all my games ive played couldnt have been played vs 56kers..im sure..
and my computer is new so its fine.. wats the deal.. does everyone play like this?? or is there some way where i can actually get a fair game going

I have cable as well, and my computer's only about a year old, and I get lag out the wazoo. Comp. specs don't matter, connection speed doesn't matter(though they help greatly) your always going to get lag. That's just the way it is.

bunmi being an advanced member doesn't mean anything when you got there by spamming before you were banned so just go easy on the guy since he's new cos he's just asking a simple question that doesn't require any flaming at all.

and dySfuNktiOnwiLL i dunno if this is completely right so anyone else who knows more about lag feel free to correct me but lag depends on how many people are currently on the game and also te distance between you, the server and the guy you're playing cos i've played on another game on the net against myself with 2 windows open and it still lagged like hell so u really just got to learn how to get used to it and try to judge exactly when to attack in order to hit you're opponent and not their lag

That has been a problem in most games... Lag.. The only thing close enough to give you ebough trouble as it is in any game.. But if you're lucky enough and you're opponent has the same speed as yours... Well I don't know if it is true anyway
