Tournament!! - first tournament

Im think im hosting th first tournament to this game. If you want to be in the tournament simply put your name here...... since im hosting it, i will have to make up the matches (randomly) between the people that are playing...... there will be rounds.

1st round is everyone

2nd round is people that won round 1st round

and so on depending on how many people join.

Ill make the matches then whenever you 2 have the match you pm the results (and plz be honest) and ill update the rankings for the tournament.
once everyone in round one is finished with thier match we will go on in the same manner until 2 of the best are left and they will have a fight.

you can schedule this fight at a certain time so people can be in the chat room who wanna know the results first hand and talk about it (only for final fight of course, everything else needs to get out of the way)

So if u wanna enter say so...... ill check back later to see if anyone joined.......

ps: how does stopping applications friday and posting matches saturday sound to you?? tell me what you think.......

we need alot more people before we can start.... spread the word to people who think they can do it.

also the admins have given me permission to give out a prize. the prize will be used IN the game.

edit: oh i didnt say what the prize was. the prize is a special version of Ryu that only ops can use. that will make it sure everyone knew YOU won the tournament. He wears blue i think. I dont know if he is any different then a regular one, but he would a good to have as a little trophy :) tell you friends and join!! im emailing all the people at my message board to join!! thats alot but come on people!!

well first we will have to get enough people. 16 should turn out even and fair. oh and also the winner of this tourney could be the future touney champ.

So if the admins wanna make a tourney, it would be the same, except the champ wouldnt have to fight anyone, but the winner of the tournament would have to fight him for champ status...........
I think this is a great idea to kick off future real (this could be considered real, I do have admin approval and you get a prize) so join!!

Whenever there are enough people, but I would say maybe saturday or Sunday. if people keep joining we could probably do it Saturday or maybe Sunday..........

oh yea im in also even though i probably would make it past the first round :wink:

matches like the ones me and boogie and necro had are good matches

ya i agree there is an unwritten rule to hit the guy a few times (kinda like punishment for getting in the corner)then jump out and give him a chance to get out! i lose most of my matches cuz those losers back me into a corner! it would definitely put a damper on the tourney if you win your way thru it all by winning this way!
