Help - Outdated version

i have the web version and the downloadable version. I was playing the game earlier 2day. but wen i tried playing one hour after it said I have an outdated version of the game.

Simply clean your cache. You can do that by:

Going to "Tools" and then "Internet Options".
After, click the delete files button, A message
should apppear about "delete offline content". Check
the box.. hit the "OK" button..and restart your computer.

and a easier way that may help hit f5 refresh bowser
