RULES
1. 1 on 1 no tag.
2. Perks vs. Norm.
3. Level 0/Helpers Optional/Timer OFF.
4. All Characters allowed.
5. You will have a week or so to progress through each round, if you are unable to finish your fight I will DQ according to how active you were.
6. Best 2 of 3 matches.
7. Cheapness of any sort will not be tolerated and you will be D/Q.
8. If your able to, please take a screen of your win. It'd make my job easier if theres any disputes.
9. Norms will not be allowed to use Rage Factor.
10. If for any reason in the middle of the game something happens (power outage, phoneline disconnect, phone rings, sync lost) its your own fault and tough luck.

and since we don't have a equal amount of vips and norms some norms will be fighitng against each other so if the norm on the player a side if he use rage then its ok but player b side can't

aight i fix it now and some ppl have diff opponents cuz of messanger probs and toureny prob evrything should be ok now

me and jynocede played, but it was so stupid every three second it would say snyc lost waiting for play...then i wouldnt be able to move for 10 seconds...how am i supposed to play like that...that should be counted as a form of cheapness cause i know he did that on purpose cause if i wanted i could to...all u have to do is hit contol alt delete and it will freeze it up and cause lagg...him and his 56k should be d/qed..and he even told me he has 56k..thats horrible..
