Best out of 3 matches up to the semi-finals
semi-finals are best out of 5 matches
Finals are best out of 7 matches

If guile or cody is chosen by mistake the match must be redone with helpers off.

If sync is lost during a fight. The match must be done over. In any other case take a screenshot of the sync lost and if your opponents life is alot lower than yours you will get the win for that match.

All matches should have a 1 week deadline.

If 50 or more people have joined. Contact an Admin or Moderator to see if you can get a prize.

The sign ups shall be 1 month long.

Users must provide their contact info and SFO game name and Forum Name.

They also must provide their time zone it can help in finding and fighting your opponent quicker.

Name the time in which they are often on the game.

Well, Iam goin to start sign ups today and the sign ups are going to be going for a looong time, I am aiming for 100+ members, even though its ken..and not alot of SFO players use him, people will. God Willing this tournament will go GREAT.
