The norms have been wiped out of the COTP, only the VIP fighters remain. Which of these four can claim the title of Clash of the Perks champion?
#. Player A vs. Player B - Player A hosts first.
1. Resident Evil vs. Hollis
2. -Dark Hado- vs. VampireNinja
RULES
1. 1 on 1 no tag.
2. Perks vs. Norm.
3. Level 0/Helpers Optional/Timer OFF.
4. All Characters allowed.
5. You will have a week or so to progress through each round, if you are unable to finish your fight I will DQ according to how active you were.
6. Best 2 of 3 matches.
7. Cheapness of any sort will not be tolerated and you will be D/Q.
8. If your able to, please take a screen of your win. It'd make my job easier if theres any disputes.
9. Norms will not be allowed to use Rage Factor.
10. No RD/Shin-Shoryuken
11. If for any reason in the middle of the game something happens (power outage, phoneline disconnect, phone rings, sync lost) its your own fault and tough luck.

1. Currently hoping for an official prize from TMyApp and waiting for him to reply his E-Mail.
2. Tag/Banner claiming you've won
