Every time I try to login it says:

'UNABLE to authenticate. Please check your login/password or create a new account. error700

And I know that Im typing my name and password correctly. Then when I create new account if and sign out after its created and try the sign in again the same message comes up over and over:

'UNABLE to authenticate. Please check your login/password or create a new account. error700

and I am unable to sign in again. Keep in mind that I now that Im typing my password correctly..and Im making sure that capslock is off when I created the password and when I try to sign in again with my username.

Cant someone help with this, its really fustrating! :angry:

that sometimes happens to me too. All I did was press the sign in button after putting my password and username in twice if it said unable to authenticate. You should try that

Can you explain that more clearly are you saying type the username and password in twice?

it will do that. once it happens once, just log in again and it will work the second time. but if it dont, log in as a player, that means the authenication servers are down.

i hate it when that happens once we had like 20-25 ppl as players and we didn't kno who we were

in the downloaded version you have to be conncected to the internet or else its not gonna authenticate try that if you have a downloaded version of the game

Nope the authenication servers are up when this happens because when In sign in as one of my old usernames everything works just fine..but when I try to sign in as a newly created username thats when the problem arises again.

Try reading the FAQs. I'm pretty sure the answer is in there.

I checked the faq the help that if offers doesnt solve the problem..

anyone else have this problem?

Nevermind I got it fixed..it was zone alarm that was causing it =\....and to think I made all those usernames for nothing..
