TarkanX has to do the defend title thing. So far Tarkans the only person I've played and never beaten( but i'm getting dam close to). So I think I have a dam good chance at coming out on top, Unless everyone switches to cable.

There are only two people better than me in this game, both due to my inactivity. The record of me and Tarkan is 4-4, record of me and Zing is 14-11, me and Token is 2-2(does token play anymore?) and the record of me and nferno is 3-0. Tarkan and Zing are both better than me by now I'm sure(but maybe not, ya never know :biggrin: ), since I haven't really played since the first tournament, back in November.

Just because you play all day and have a high score nferno, doesn't mean your the best, and it's really annoying when you go around pretending you are.

I agree with Pakistani...It should be in the late evening.........Not during the day...DUDE some people HAVE LIFES.....they don't want to be here at 12:00 EST time being in thier computers ....They want to be enjoying the day going out places, taking a relaxation from school and/work............That's one of the reason I didn't joint the second tournament....I had to go somewhere else.....

Thats right, you probably wouldn't remember, your ego is too big to remember the losses. i remember it quite clearly. you came up to me in big bertha, and asked me to fight, (this is back when scores reset in october, and zing was #1 for the first 5 days, and i was #2 for 5 days, until i finally passed zing and got myself a big lead) you thought i was just some newbie that luckily got my score. the newbie part was right cause i had only been playing a week, but the lucky part wasn't, i had already become almost as good as i'd ever be. i told you i was #2, and you started laughing at me, and kept bugging me to fight, obviously cause you thought it would be free points, and when we did fight, i took your ass to school, you didn't even win 1 round out of 3 matches. I knew the whole time that you were #2 from the old score period, and that you were trying to get points off me... too bad ya didn't :biggrin:

and to answer your question, no i'm not gonna fight you, i already told myself i'm not gonna play again until the game reaches certain milestones, and after each one, i'll play for a while, and then wait for the next... try to keep the game fresh, and fun. thats why i wasn't at ToC II, if i had been there, i probably would have fought Tarkan in the finals again... maybe even won.

and hey man, if you don't believe me thats good for you, but anyone who knows me knows i don't lie, i'm not full of shit, and i can beat anyone.

and for all the rest of you great fighters, it's not a bad thing to lose, but it is a bad thing to lose sore, remember that :biggrin:

I am newer than you, I joined December 24 and i'm sure I can re-educate you on the subject of street fighters. I have re-educated everyone except TarkanX, but his time will come and your time is now...

wasn't this post supposed to be about the next tournament?

I barely play this game anymore, Im too involved in other stuff, but its the last couple posts' that make me want to start up again, just so ppl will shut up.
Read my signature, because truthfully, thats how me and TarkanX basically think when we play all of you.

I've played every one of you, and like the signature says, you've GOT MY RESPECT, but you are VERY far from having a real claim to being the best player in this game.

TarkanX doesn't really play this game that much either anymore...but if both of us did, you would just see a return to 2 monts ago, when TarkanX and I were switching 1st place for a week, and the rest of you were battling it out to see who belonged behind us.

Every one of you wants there props..

Tantum is angry cause he's not getting his props (which technically he should since he WAS actually at the top for a while, but then again, he hasn't played for so long that no one even knows/cares who he is, except those of use who were here for his glory days).

PROfessor/Omnislash wants HIS props for being at the top (which he should, but its hard to get it when you utter sentences about not wanting to give out pts, before refusing to play matches).

And finally Nferno666 wants HIS props as well, ( which he should get, but its also hard to get it when he refuses to accept he is no longer the only game in town).

Who cares really...at the end of the day ALL of you know you can't beat TarkanX when he's at his best, so it doesn't matter who plays for second.

Thats what you should all tell yourself before demanding props from ppl.

and im going to make you guys prove yourselves...there is almost a 90% chance I will strip tarkan of his ryu, and helper and give it to this tournament winner...

BUT you all know what that means don't you? He'll also get a chance to participate in this tournament with the rest of you...

If you want to be the man...then dethrone him, and take his tournament title, and his prize from him.

Now this should bring you all back to discussing the tournament.

lol, Zing your probably right, i probably can't beat Tarkan anymore, but back in the day, it was an even match. but hey, I'll be back someday soon... and when that day comes, i can assure that i'll be one of the best again.

and for all you people who think having a top score is everything... scores only count for about 30% of a players greatness. a true champion is someone who has a top score most (i say most cause cmon people, the scores change real fast, some people dont play all day everyday like alot of the people on high end of the score list) of the time (1-20 or so) has a top score cause of their skill, not just cause they play 50+ matches a day, someone who acts like a champion, not some lowlife. someone who gets respect from other players because they will fight anyone, they will help newbies, they aren't sore losers, or sore winners. i left a few things out, but if you dont meet these requirements, your no champion. i don't know about the new generation of great players, but out of the old time players, just to name a few.... Tarkan is a true champ, Zing is a true champ, token is a true champ, LordCyris is a true champ, there are others up there on the list too, cptnamerica, selvin, lefty, and more.... those people meet most, or all of the requirements on that list i gave off... i do too. and anyone of the people i named off, will also tell you, that those are pretty much the requirements of being a real champ. not just having a high score, and going around acting like your the best.

lol, the same was true for me, once i came on the scene, i was an unstoppable force, only thing is, i only played for a good 3-4 weeks and then ToC 1. during those 3-4 weeks, i slammed anyone, ANYONE, but once i became inactive, Zing and Tarkan got way better than me. i woulda won ToC 1 if i wasn't inactive for a month before it... and even so, mine and Tarkans match was very close.

sure i miss playing, but lag is something i could never stand for. some people don't mind, but i just can't take it. once the lag is off the scene, i'll be on the scene :biggrin:... hopefully that day is soon, so i can see where Tarkan and Zing are really at. heh, maybe i got a few new tricks of my own ;)

1. Saying you werent notified the tournament had begun is bullshit. I HAVE your email Gothic Archangel...BUT I know you didn't receive your email...WHY? because you're ESP told me to go fuck myself when I tried to send you the email. I get so pissed off! I warned you guys to use emails addresses that you could use. But I tell you want, Im going go try and forward that too you again, on that forward you can PLAINLY see reymysterio_@ on the list of ppl...AND THERE YOU GO, SAME THING AGAIN!!! Maybe you should try and give me an email address that isn't going to say this "Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation" when I try to send a 40k email. 2. subzero565, lots of ppl can't log in...here's what you do...
Log into the chat room I told you to go to (ours), using your regular username, and from there set up your match. Then just log into the game as a **GUEST**, and make sure you tell the person you are facing that you are Guest so and so is subzero565. That simple.

Ok thanks.......but When I'm loading the game, I read what's featured there......that's how I knew to registered for the tournament and I did it the first week or so...... but when it came to starting the tournament....I saw the the information regarding the "jump lock" featured and now, the "New Search" feature for the Top Scores......but never of anything regarding Tournamen III.......Thanks anyways Zing79
