Load times - Problem

this is about forum loading,i can post for about an hour with fast load time but after the hour,it takes like 5 mins. to load 1 page,i tried to restart my computer but it doesnt work...

set u'r browers to "never refresh" u'r cache (there are probably 20 threads in the "bugs" section of the forum telling you how to do it)
