A few questions... - To all the "newbies" hosting tournaments

Why is it that every newbie thinks they should/can host a tournament on a spuratic basis. And even more puzzeling, why is it that all of them think they'll "only allow" 100 people to join, much less believe that they can get that many, when the truth is they'll be dam lucky to get 1/4 that many. I'd also like to know why you guys don't bother to "schedule" your tournament so as not to interferre with other tournaments. And my final, most puzzeling question is why the hell arn't any of you people posting SPECIFIC rules for your tournaments?
