Welcome to the SFO classic

For ages there have beeen two warriors, equal in power, and both very deadly. Since as long as there was Shoto, Ryu and Akuma have been rivals. Now.. It is time to see.. Who is the strongest!

The SFO classic, ofcourse will be a akuma and ryu tourney, with kinda like two mini tourneys; one for ryu, and one for akuma, and in the end, the top akuma warrior and the top ryu warrior, will battle it out for to be the winner of the SFO classic

SFO CLASSIC RULES
1) You can only use the character you have signed up for. Either RYU, or AKUMA
2) Only 16 people can sign up for each character.
3) If you sign up for akuma, and you are fighting another akuma, you can use raging demons. But, if you have made your way to the top, and are fighting against the best RYU user, you cannot use RD. if you use RD against the best ryu user, the ryu user must take a screen shot and you will be disqualified, and the best ryu user will win by defult.
4) Evil Ryu is not aloud, unless both ryu participants are using Evil Ryu. If only one of you is using evil ryu, the other ryu user must take a screen shot, and the other one will be disqualified.
5) Shin-Akuma is not aloud, unless both akuma participants are using him. If only one is using him, the other akuma participant must take a screen shot and the one who uses shin-akuma will be disqualified.
6) All games must be 1 on 1, and hosted. No helpers, timer on. Also, the games must be on Turbo, to avoid extra lag. If the game is on normal, restart the game in THE BEGINNING. Once it has gone one round, and you have not restarted it yet, it is considered a fair game, since both of you did not try to restart the game.
7) For some dumb people, let me repeat my self. ONLY RYU AND AKUMA. If you sign up for akuma, you cannot use ryu. If you sign up for ryu, you cannot use akuma. If you break this rule, you will be given one chance, during the game. But if you come to me saying

Come on, VF... everyone knows the only way to really win is by knockout. No matter the health difference, a little time can leave room for big changes.

doomtrain: ive been in games where the game lags so much, the timer is the one that actually ends the round. but i guess i didnt know that, so you guys can leave timer as a option. ;)

but i must warn you virtual. my computer has this problem with the game, sometimes it wont let me play. so i may not be able to participate.

virtual, you should post a time when this tournament is going to be held, and what time zone. because i am VERY busy on sundays, as i'm sure many other people are.... saturday mornings should be good for everyone... it should also be held on the same day.

okay, maybe you people didnt read, and maybe you ppl arent familiar to piramid form tournys.
Once i post who fights who for the FIRST round of this tourny, you will have a WEEK to fight the person. then, wekk after week, less people go, (and it will take less time to) and the winner will be announced. is that clear?
