Wolvirines' healing

i noticed a new problem
and yes i know it is caused by lag but it can still be fixed

there are wolvie n00bs who heal all day long with a laggy computor, cuz since they have a poopty computor, they still heal even if it is stopped, they even see it getted stopped but they still heal and say it is supposed to do that, wolvirine's healing should be changed so that instead of it working only ifur screen sees it, but it is obviously stopped
on ur screen, it only work if it isn't stopped on both screens.

why doesn't tmyapp do the same thing on what he did with akuma and get to level 3 and press the RD buttons this way we can eliminate the healing ####s

wut i'm saying is that it can be fixed that instead of it only stopping if the person who does it sees it work, but if both people see, cuz i'm sick of it when, i could stop it with a super but it still works out for them, i could be throwing a barrage of hadokens and it still works.
