Rules
*only ryu

2. no helpers
3. no timer
4. level 0
5. rage no
6. quick game only(1 set)
7. have screen as proof of win if not other player admits defeat.
8. sever only
9. no time
10.once 100 fighters have signed up then we will start</span>
Provide the following
-SFO Username-
-Email Address-
-TimeZone- (optional)
-VIP status-yes,no
-Host-yes,no

,the match's will be randomized .
( i have a tournament sheet don't worry everything will be organized)
