The game doesn't work at all.... - Gamming problem

someone please help me... i downloaded everything that is possible in the download window. Everything is now on my computer except the file .exe. wich don't seem to work at all. When i right click my computer told me that he cannot find the file.... same thing for the upgrade..... please help me
