I can't log on my account - I can't log on

I don't know why but I can't log on to my account or create a new account? is it some kinda new network problem cause I saw people in the chat server when I only use a "player" account

last night @ 12:26am? could have been (i was resetting the server around that time)

it's nothing to worry about, things don't stay down for more than an hour or two, and if it is longer than that, there will be a msg telling you about the problem during the loading of the game...
