naa stars tag is better. i was making this b4 the chun li tag, i just had to finish it up. but i don't know about nicer.

hmm perhaps the dots layer you should duplicate them
set the blending mode of the copied layer to soft light
and take the original dot layer and add a lil gaussian blur.

That banner is from batosoui he good at making banner. My opnion.

1. I saw that banner from someone and it the same.

2. The backgrounds is good.

3. The text is bad.

4. I can't see ken legs.

5. Put effort.

My rate is 6/10. By the way LAB MONSTER did you made that banner?

estset yes i made that banner. i make all my banners. i never rip. ok. and stop saying put effort cuz u getting on my nerver, i don't knowbout anyone else but u r starting to get me angry.
