First one the brushing looks jagged,try using gaussin blur and then fade it with SHIFT+CTRL+F.

The colors are alright but I suggest you fixing with Color balance which can be easliy accessed by press CTRL+B,btw there seems a lil blue around your sprite =/.

The typo I dont really like if your trying to be like be dont put any typo O_O!

As for the border put it white not black for the purple could stand out more =/

Now,the second tag.

Anyway, they're nice Saijin, the first one looks weird with the year on it... and whatever color that is looks nice, but I'd brighten up the particles, especially the blue ones, around Gulie/You so they stand out some more.
..As for the second one, the font is really cool..although I have no idea what the picture is of, if it is anything at all.. ???

Overall, another excellent job. :alien:

i like them but they are kind of gloomy you need to brighten them up...all in all i give them a 7/10

Yea i knew i should of done something about that, but i didnt want it to end up to blurring or "smudgy!"

Lol haha, yea color balancing was what i was doing! hmm, i had to hue and auto colour it at times to get the balancing to take effect as i was working in B&W

Thanks for the comments all, these were like my 2nd attempts at doing an abstract type banners, but i did learn more about colouring exc.... you should know what kinda work i usually do :biggrin:

Saijin:I know I suck at typo thats why I dont put typo in my work but other ppl force me to :lookaround:

And as for blurry,well theres always something called a soft of banner O_o
