So i got these newer version of japon crap!!!
I tired them out and makes any tag look great :D

Nah...i said that i ain't useing marve| or capcom characters anymore. I'm useing these animated japonise kind of pictures...i can make hulk more better but too clasice and poop and so on...i went looking around google and got these characters.
they call that picture in the tag FranK.

looks pretty good. good brushing, or whatever you used in your background, good color and especially good blending. good text placement. my only advice is add a 1 px stroke on the text.

also, good border. andywho, i really like this one. 8.4/10

I think you already know one the wayz to make those background virtualfighter.
On my colour side put it on and then use clouds,
then stylize->find edges only once.
Then everything is white so press Ctrl+I....then use brithen and make it at the top meaning 100 strenght.
Your going to see it all over is silver.
Then use one very light colour at strenght of 12 and then brithen it again(high light it).
Then be creative to see what is the possible thing can come out.
I use luck on my banners...just messing around, here and there.
