I used only brushes....still don't really like the outcome...but I'll leave that up to you guys. hada little fun with this one..wasn't necessarily meant to be great or grand

I made a duplicate of the car and gave it a gaussion blur...thats why that white light and line is behind that car..its not the cut =/
