lol edited version looks like ryus a bit chubby, but over its nice, where do u ge the sprites, i cant find many.

Sweet color choices.
Just work on blending Ryu a little more and don't blurr the background too much.
Even though the colors are nice, you should think about one color right now.
It'll help out more.

So...why did you change the orginal ryu's color to black?
I think white still looks aiight for him. Even though it suppose to be Dark Ryu.

I changed it becuz The VIP Killer wanted Evil Ryu insted of the normal Ryu .
