btw i was trying to create the e fect that he was turning

try not to use such an acward looking sprite, and contrast it a bit more, use the other operations of color balance instead of just midtones.

^ i don't understand a single word and i didn't use sprites or what ever they called sorry to sound rude but i just used brushes color balance and hue saturation and some other poop

i swear i did got a big brush made a simple bg added the pic of ryu and started using a smaller type of brush that shape and doing them at di ferent degress then i used color balance and hue and saturation then i uses the doge brush
